This game was big for the Ravens.

Baltimore had drafted Joe Flacco and Ray Rice in the first two rounds of the 2008 draft, and while they saw success in their rookie years, this 33-14 win over the Patriots – in their house, no less – was a real measuring stick.

I’ll never forget the Ravens jumping on the Pats early and nearly losing as Tom Brady and Co. chipped away at the lead as time slowly ticked away. It was a fun flight back to Baltimore, that’s for sure.
